For the second time, law enforcement officers are asked to deal with the activities of a charity. At the same time, the Fund's website regularly publishes reporting on the costs raised. In Kiev in the Obolon district there was a conflict of activists with people who declared that they were raising money for assistance to the Armed Forces. Police officers arrived at the conflict, who detained people with volunteer boxes. Law enforcement officers see fraud in this situation.

Citizens, members of the unnamed Charitable Foundation, were detained and sent to the territorial administration of the National Police, stated in the press service. Their actions qualify as fraud. As part of the investigation, law enforcement officers plan to communicate with the Fund representatives and study its documentation.

It should be noted that the press service of the department did not specify the name of the charity fund and the exact name of the article, which is suspected of detainees. The Criminal Code has an article that corresponds to this type of crime when deceiving trust and illegally receiving someone else's money - this is Article 190 of the Criminal Code. It should be noted that on November 17, the Exbes Armed Forces and Veteran, activist and human rights activist Oleg Simorosis published personnel of communication with representatives of the charity foundation in the Obolon district of Kiev at the Dnipro Heroes metro station. The veteran listed what comments he and other activists about the Fund's activities have.

First, they indicated that the funds did not serve in the Armed Forces, so they have no right to wear pixel. Secondly, money is raised in the form of cash, so it assumes "part of money-for pocket. " Third, people who raise money will receive a salary. He also noted that when communicating with the members of the Fund, the outsiders joined the conversation, whom he called "aunts". According to Simorosis, it is about the charitable fund "Save your home country".

The YouControl portal has information about this fund: registered in 2014, the head is a citizen of Mykola Osala. The organization's website states that community members "seek to ensure full transparency and openness to the use of each contribution. " The reporting page lists the defense forces that have addressed the BF for help, as well as acts of receiving and transferring things that were transferred to the military. Reporting - for 2023.

It should be noted that in October the media mentioned the activities of BF once again - then there were also questions about their activities. Earlier, Simorosis raised other issues concerning war in Ukraine and the purchase of military equipment. In particular, in October 2023 he observed poor quality turnstiles, which they bought for the defense forces.

Also, a veteran, who lost both legs during the fighting, speaks of establishing a system of support for the military who were injured in the war. Meanwhile, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law that introduced some changes in the activities of volunteers. In particular, they plan to control the movement of funds, receive and supply humanitarian aid. On November 15, representatives of the volunteer community appealed to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
