This was stated in an interview with Le Figaro by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyag.

First of all, Netanyaga stressed that according to the UN Security Council Resolution of 2006, only the Lebanon army was allowed to have weapons in the area south of the Litani River key for the country. "However, in this area, Hezbolla has dug hundreds of tunnels and hiding places, where we have just found a large number of modern Russian weapons," said the Prime Minister of Israel.

Netanyag did not specify what Russian weapons found the tile, but emphasized that the new civil war in Lebanon would "be a tragedy". "Of course, our goal is not to provoke. Israel does not intend to interfere with Lebanon's internal affairs," Netanyag said.
