According to the newspaper, in the pre-trial detention center, Kotelnikov, who was known as a person capable of organizing favorable and large contracts on the Ministry of Defense in business collies, repeatedly came to the FSB staff. They forced the latter to admit guilty, to give testimony to Timur Ivanov, also known as the "purse of the shoe", and a number of officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, but he refused.

Then the pre -trial detention center sent him to the punishment, in which the temperature was higher than 40 degrees. The next day, his corpse was found in the chamber. As it is noted, the cause of death was called the standard for the Russian system of penalties - the thrombus was broken. And on July 9, the Russian Agency of TASS reported the death of Magomed Khandayev, who was directly subordinated to Timur Ivanov.

The causes of the death of the 62-year head of the State Expertise Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation are not specified.
