"20 times are serious rates, resulting in five times the number of destroyed private homes, high -rise buildings, infrastructure, civilian infrastructure. Agrarian business suffers first of all, all the border infrastructure of agricultural business is destroyed," Vladimir Artyukh said. According to the head of the region, 4 civilians were injured as a result of Russian shelling per day.

In particular, through Kabam's blows in the Krasnopil community, residential buildings were destroyed and 3 people were injured. One person was also injured because of the impact of the FPV-Drone, Vladimir Artyukh added that the enemy tries to destroy everything in the 5- and 10-kilometer zone, turning it into a gray zone. The head of the administration added that there is now a great task - the evacuation of the population, in particular, Sumy, Shostka and Okhtyrsky district.
