The results of the analysis of the daily data of the Armed Forces Command, which was conducted by the Wall Street Journal experts indicate that in the last six months, Ukraine has intercepted about 46% of Russian missiles, compared to 73% in the previous six months. In April, the interception rate decreased to 30%. At the same time, the sachet intercepts have decreased by only one percentage in the last six months and was 82%.
Despite the fact that data on attacks and interceptions in a few days are incomplete, and Ukraine uses such statistics for propaganda purposes, the Armed Forces representative and an independent defense analyst have named this data close to the real picture. Journalists say that the result of active bombardment is the destruction of cities and infrastructure, as well as the exhaustion of the already extremely low reserves of missiles that Ukraine needs to prevent Russian PCS into their sky.
