During the mobilization of the car, citizens can be removed from the needs of the Armed Forces: mobilization of cars will take place on the basis of changes in local state administrations, which are issued by appropriate orders. The return of seized cars during mobilization in Ukraine will be made on the basis of acceptance-transfer acts, which will indicate: the car will be returned to the owner within 30 calendar days from the moment of announcement of demobilization.
