According to the department, the military personnel of the occupation group deliberately opened fire towards two women. The man who was nearby was injured. The prosecutor's office of Donetsk region concluded that Russian servicemen entered a residential apartment in Toretsk and shot two civilian women. The man was also injured. This is stated in the Telegram channel of the department.

The investigation claims that on November 21, at 18:00, Russian servicemen entered one of the apartments in the residential quarter of Toretsk, where three civilians were located. Servicemen of the occupation group deliberately opened fire from automatic weapons, resulting in two locals died on the spot. The man who was nearby was injured - he had a shoulder and clavicle fractures, law enforcement officers said. The victim is provided with qualified medical care.
