According to Oleksandr Proudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the schoolboy was the victim of the invaders because of their suspicions that he allegedly recorded something unacceptable in the photos. The chairman of the Kherson Regional Administration added that the leadership of the school, where he studied at the hands of the teenager's occupiers, plans to apply to the police.
