The man died of brain edema due to injuries in the hospital. Against law enforcement officers they have been initiated. In Sakhalin (Russian Federation), two police officers tried to wake up a unconscious man in the blood with the help of an electric shover. This was reported by the Russian edition of Baza.

"In Sakhalin, two police officers came to a strongly affected man and did not even call him an ambulance - instead they tried to wake him up with the help of an electric shover," the message said. It was noted that it happened in January in the city of Anaiva. Then Major Mykola Kudryavtsev and Senior Sergeant Sergey Sergey Sharonov came to call the Bear Bar. At the institution, they met a unconscious man in the blood. According to eyewitnesses, the victim fell from the stool and lost consciousness.

Russian law enforcement officers decided not to call an ambulance, but instead began to hit the electric shower of the injured man. They hoped to bring him back to his senses in this way, but this did not happen. As a result, police officers shrugged and left. In Roszm, they said that later the man was taken to the hospital, but the doctors could not help him. He died of brain edema due to injuries in a few days.

It was added that against the police officer who used the shocker, they had initiated the case of exceeding the official authority. However, at the end of July, investigators opened a case of negligence. It included both Russian law enforcement. We will remind, on August 2 Roszmi reported that a 67-year-old pensioner was sent to prison in Novosibirsk. The man on the social network "VKontakte" left a comment in which the Russian invasion of Ukraine called the "invading war of Kremlin fascists".
