It was developed at the Russian enterprise "Basalt". The hinged module allows you to transform conventional uncontrollable bombs into glider, which have high accuracy and increased radius. The second type is the use of a new ammunition.

In addition to the module of correction and planning, an active engine is used, which is able to provide additional speed. Allows you to increase the appropriate flight range to 70 - 80 kilometers. The background noted that the use of such an engine allows for short distances to use these ammunition to start the ground starting unit, not from the aviation system.
