In response to the question about the planned summit between the leaders of Russia and China, Matthew Miller noted that the United States clearly against any actions of the PRC, which can support the hostilities of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Miller added that the United States opposed that China supports Russia's aggressive actions against Ukraine.
"We made it very clear that we are against China to take any steps that would help maintain Russian aggression in Ukraine," Miller emphasized. It should be reminded that on April 1, French Foreign Minister Stefan Sezhurne came to Beijing for one day and took the opportunity to discuss the war in Ukraine. He stated that France was expecting clear reports of Moscow from China.
