In California, a 28-year-old US Army veteran was buried in Bakhmut
The youth guy dreamed of a military career and went to serve at the age of 17. According to his father Jerico Ralph, his son became an officer of the military police in Fort Leonard-Wood, Missouri, and later served in the National Guard of Nevada. Jerico became one of the many veterans of the United States who went to Ukraine to fight against the Russians. Only four days later, Jerico told his father that he was going to Ukraine.
"I was a little amazing, but I knew him," said Ralph Magallon, "my son always wanted to help people, and for him military service was the only way. I perceived it with distrust. I knew my son was connected and determined . Jerico first went to Poland, and from there he arrived in Ukraine, where he fought for 10 months with other foreign volunteers as part of the International Legion. On September 5, 2023, 28-year-old Jerico died as a result of a Russian drone near Bakhmut.
