Machinegun drone: The Ministry of Defense showed innovative weapons work (video)

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine showed UAV test frames, which shoots in hostile positions from the machine gun. At the same time, drone experts explained the problem of such innovations. Ukrainian developers attached a machine gun to the drone and tested on a conditional battlefield. In the footage from the scene, you can see the moment of shots and how the UAV reacts to the small arms that strikes the enemy.

The video of drone tests with weapons was shown by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in a post on the social network X (Twitter). The report of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine showed video of the UAV, which is the carrier of the machine gun. The tests were conducted with the participation of 10 territorial defense teams, indicated in the post. In the video you can see a device that fires on the enemy's positions.

It is noticeable how the device releases the turn and at the same time shakes the "return". "Innovations win wars," the Ministry of Defense report reads. Earlier, Focus talked about the development of drones, to which Western and Ukrainian designers attached different types of weapons. Feloni Aero has created two models of drones - Felon 1. 0 and Felon X. Devices are similar to Mavic UAVs, have encrypted communication channels, can fly up to a distance of up to 20 km. Felon 1.

0 armed with a small-range small-siege of SPIKE weighing 450 g. Dronesvision offers another development-UAVSAult Rotor Weaponized Drone (AR-1), armed with a 956 mm gun or pistol. mm. The Sonechko reconnaissance battalion was processed by commercial drones - hanging a machine gun and a grenade launcher below. The cost of improvement - up to 80 thousand UAH.

Ukrainian volunteers on the basis of agricultural drone created an unmanned aircraft with a machine gun, which could hunt for Russian drones-Kamikadze Shahd-136. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have their own development of an unmanned weapon platform. In particular, it is known about the existence of UAV "Perun-F", which is capable of shooting an anti-tank rocket 9K111 "Fagot".

Focus drone experts believe that drones with weapons are unlikely to be effective on the battlefield, but the developers need to solve a number of problems for the idea to work. Victor Lokotkov from Airlogix, which produces Gor drones, named a number of troubles that he sees in drones with weapons: Valery Yakovenko from Droneua drew attention to the problem of accuracy: in his opinion, it is better to focus on drone, equipped with self -tapping missiles.

Igor Krynichka from Skyassist touched the question of the weight of drone and the weapon that was suspended. The Ukrainian soldiers offer more attention to the devices that are aimed at the bottom - their effectiveness should be greater than in other weapons. Another option for future developments is UAVs with Javelin or Stugna Missile Complexes that have self -introduction systems.
