Kuleba confessed that he had previously been convinced of Ukraine's receipt of fighters "in the first months of next year", given that training at the F-16 was to begin in June. We are now working with all the parties involved, with all the countries involved in the aviation coalition to accelerate this process as much as possible," he said.

The issues of providing Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets were discussed within the framework of the meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine (Ramstein format) in June. There was a promise to start studying in June from one of the countries, now they say that they continue to prepare for the beginning of study, they are wrong in calculations, they need more time.
