Mobilization in the Russian Federation: College in Ingushetia issues diplomas only with a summons - the media

According to journalists, this practice appeared after a meeting at the College in the Lower Achaluki, which was also attended by the head of the Republic of Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov. Ingusheti colleges require graduates to sign a summons into the army during diplomas. Alternatively, they propose to write a rejection of the summons, for which it can be administrative and even criminal liability.

About it reports "Fortana" with reference to sources close to one of the educational institutions of the republic. "To get a diploma, you need to sign a summons into the army. Otherwise, you do not issue a diploma in any way," - said a journalistic source, adding that the summons is inevitable departure, and the signature under the refusal entails a prison term.

Such practice, as it is claimed, appeared after the College Director in the Lower Achaluki during a meeting, which also attended the head of Ingushetia Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, reported that 30 students were involved from his college to the ranks of Russian troops. According to the sources, further military enlistment offices and officials took this idea. It is reported that graduates are invited to personally go to college diplomas, with no way to get mail or through a relative.

If the student decides to write a refusal, it will cause an act with the participation of the witnesses. Initially, it will be possible to take place, but repeated refusal already entails criminal liability under the article "evasion of the military and alternative civil service". The maximum punishment in the form of two years of imprisonment is provided. It should be reminded that the founder of the Wagner PEC Yevgeny Prigogin stated that general mobilization is inevitable.
