The trip there will be paid by the authorities of the Russian Federation, which send them. On 19 April, the Government website of the Russian Federation published an order for the formation of a delegation for travel to the Hague. There, Russia's representatives will participate in two conferences on the ban on chemical weapons.

The costs of the delegation will take over the federal agencies. This is known from the document. Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will go to the Netherlands. The conferences are scheduled for May 15-25 and November 27 - December 1.

"Expenditures (in rubles and foreign currency) are related to the command of members of the delegation of the Russian Federation, advisers, experts and technical staff, to carry out at the expense of federal executive bodies and the organizations that are sent," - the Russian government said.
