According to the analyst, at the beginning of a full -scale invasion of the Armed Forces, about 4,000 shots were made daily. Now this figure is about 9,000 shots. The Ukrainian army began to shoot more shells than Russian per day. This was reported by an OSINT analyst under the nickname Herrdr8 on its account in X (previously Twitter). According to him, at the beginning of the full -scale war of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation shot about 63 thousand shells of different types for the day.

However, then this figure began to decline to 20 thousand a day. At the beginning of 2023 it increased slightly to 28 thousand shots a day. After - it fell again and now ranges up to 9 thousand shells a day. On the other hand, as the analyst reported, there is a slow but confident increase in the number of artillery shots by the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Thus, at the beginning of a full -scale invasion of the Armed Forces, about 4,000 shots were made daily. Now this figure is about 9,000 shots.

According to the analyst, before the invasion of Ukraine, Russian troops owned reserves in about 15 million artillery shells of various types. But in 2022 alone, they spent 11 million shells and, according to unconfirmed data, were able to produce only 1 million shells. By the end of September 2023, the invaders produced 1. 5 million shells, but since the beginning of this year they spent almost 6 million shells.
