Mobilization in Ukraine: What diseases of the back will not call the Armed Forces in April

The military may not be recognized as suitable for military service when diagnosing some back diseases. In connection with the introduction of mobilization in Ukraine, men aged 18 to 60 can call for service. However, conscripts can be delayed for health reasons, in particular due to back diseases. This is stated in Annex 1 to the current Regulation on the Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thus, according to the legislation, the basis for dismissal from service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or temporary delay may be problems with the spine and the general condition of the musculoskeletal system. The suitability of the military is determined by the Military Medical Commission.
