The management of the part did not respond to its absenteeism, as a result, almost 190 thousand UAH was unreasonably paid from the state budget. Now the servicemen are charged with two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: evasion of military service by fraud, committed in the conditions of martial law (Part 4 of Article 409 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), as well as fraud that caused significant damage (Part 3 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

If her guilt is proven, she is threatened with up to 10 years in prison.
