The state is surprised - as Ukrainians can return home from the occupied territories. And the answer, according to journalist Oleg Yeltsov, is simple: one must just understand that Ukraine has done too little to keep its citizens, and decide how to fix it. People's Deputy Maxim Tkachenko stated that about 150,000 Ukrainians returned to the occupied territories. However, he later apologized, stating that it was an assumption, and it is impossible to calculate the number of those who left.

It happened immediately after the criticism of the OP in his address for the "irresponsible statement". I would like to hope that in the OP and other state institutions are responsible for displaced persons. The statement of another People's Deputy Mykola Knyazhitsky on "hundreds of thousands of applications" from Ukrainians abroad on citizenship is commemorated. Of course, Knyazhitsky lied.

This statement was denied the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine at the request of the Civic Network "OPORA". Since the beginning of the war, only 928 has been submitted. However, "Sunday Radio" shows that people are returning to their destroyed cities and villages in the occupied territories, and Ukrainians are increasingly deciding to stay in a foreign country. Do the state call such decisions "irresponsible" in the right? Of course - no.

The state can recognize only its own decisions irresponsible. The life and fate of man belong only to man himself. Moreover, the state consistently pushes its citizens to such "irresponsible" decisions. The stupid threat to stop consular services for those who escaped from the war abroad, intimidation of bank account closure, etc. , these are all effective measures that push Ukrainian refugees to abandon their country, change the registration of taxpayer from Ukrainian to foreign and so on.

Who wins: the state, the citizen? . . Everyone is losing. More than half of the financial assistance of Western partners are in non -military needs. It is enough for a pavement, on lawns . . . It is not enough for citizens who have lost everything and fled to the Ukrainian territory - this also pushes them back into the arms of the occupier. The state reacts inadequate. Its only answer is the establishment of the next parasite department for the return of Ukrainians.

And at the same time, Ukrainians integrated into a local society abroad, studying languages, looking for work, filling non -Ukrainian budgets by taxes . . . In the occupied territories for the bodies and souls of Ukrainians, the occupying power is fighting. And not only slogans from the set of imperial propaganda. Russia is dug up with terrible money in the restoration of destroyed infrastructure and housing stock, offers work, pays considerable pensions and of course - washes the brain . . .

This cannot be resisted only by the patriotic slogans and presidentials. Because thanks to the "sundress radio" and the Internet, everyone is able to compare and choose - where his life will be better. And the further - the more examples for comparisons. Russia understands that the creation of acceptable living conditions in the occupied territories is the continuation of their imperial policy in another way. War - not only on the line of collision, but also in the rear.

And the economic war for Ukrainian citizens will continue after the fighting. This will have to be reckoned with both parties, because no "Berlin" wall is 1000 km long. Where it is easier to find a job where the best salaries, health care, police efficiency, courts, state institutions, public utilities, etc. - that will be first and foremost compared to citizens. And I suspect that the meaning of inflammatory slogans will be in the last place. Two news comes from this inevitable truth: good and bad.

Positive for a little Ukrainian in the presence of this competition: let two state machines compete in the struggle for a citizen, and he will choose where he is better. The bad news is that in the case of losing this economic war, the Ukrainian state risks just disappearing. But the Ukrainians will remain.

They will automatically find themselves in the territories of other states and become their citizens - Russian, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian… So that this disaster does not happen, so that the horrific victims of this war are not in vain, Ukraine should just care now with their citizens, or as politicians like to say: "Go back to a person. " Who should do it personally: Zelensky or Yermak? And they are too.

But also the taxman who is accustomed to living on a bribe, and unclean workers of the Tax Code, and a doctor in the clinic who mocks the Ukrainians who got to her reception and Raguli, who are parking in the lawn and place for the disabled. All together, that is, great and small Ukrainians, make this state uncompetitive, anti -human, non -life. In addition to slogans, something else is needed to compare.
