To spread: US President Donald Trump has stated that in the next two weeks it will be clear in which direction the situation at the front will develop. Separately, the White House leader stressed that it would be clear whether Washington would introduce large -scale sanctions against Moscow. On August 22, US President Donald Trump gave a press conference in the White House, during which he commented on the situation in Ukraine and a recent blow to a US enterprise in Mukachevo.

The focus monitored the conference. Donald Trump knows that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have been struck by a rocket strike on a US enterprise in Transcarpathia. The reporter wondered whether he discussed with Vladimir Putin a recent mass shelling of Ukraine, during which the plant was destroyed in Mukachevo. "Yes, I said directly that it is very dissatisfied with it," Trump said. Commenting on further steps, Trump stressed that the final decision would be made in the near future.

"In the next two weeks, we will understand in which direction it will go," he said. "I will make a very important decision in two weeks, if the war in Ukraine is not settled. We will see if we will impose large -scale sanctions or we will do nothing," the US president said. He also stressed that he was ready to act decisively. "I will go one way or the other. In two weeks we will find out it," Trump said.

When asked by journalists how much time he is willing to give the Russian leader, the President of the United States replied briefly: "a few weeks". We will remind, earlier Donald Trump repeatedly stated that in the event of his election would settle the war between Russia and Ukraine "in a very short time". At the same time, he criticized Joe Baiden's administration for multibillion military assistance in Kiev, emphasizing the need to focus on US internal problems.
