Towards war veterans: the government will pay business for creating jobs for people with disabilities

The Ministry of Economy told how to get money for job arrangement for people with disabilities. In Ukraine, employers will pay 660 million hryvnias of compensation for the arrangement of 10 thousand jobs for people with disabilities. The press service of the Ministry of Economy reports.

For the arrangement of one workplace for people with disabilities I group, the state compensates the employer up to 100 500 hryvnias, and places for a person with disabilities of group II - up to 67 thousand hryvnias money is sent for payment and office equipment, software, handrails and timber, machines for production and processing, health and health and safety products, etc.

In order to issue payments from the state, the employer must apply for reimbursement to the employment center within 90 days after the workplace is arranged at the place of employment. The employment center within 10 working days makes a decision to provide compensation. The funds will be received within five working days. According to the Ministry, the program of payment of compensation to employers for the arrangement of jobs for people with disabilities was introduced in August 2023.
