The new "Moskvich 3" did not meet the expectations - the start of the sales of the crossover was a failure. In two months, only 36 cars were purchased throughout the Russian Federation. Most of them were gasoline, and only 5 (2 in December and 3 in January) were sold in two months. Interestingly, more than 2000 Moskvich 3 crossovers have already been collected from Chinese machine complexes. Cars are accumulated in the warehouses of the enterprise and dealers. In total, in 2023 they plan to produce 50,000 "Muscovites", 10,000 of them in electrical performance. The main cause of low demand is the very high price.
