No training and work: what services will not be available for Ukrainians without a military ticket

According to Oleksandr Konovalov, the head of the Kiev shopping center, restrictions on citizens will act in the event of marriage or treatment, and similar rules are registered at the legislative level. The Tax Code told which of the Ukrainians needed a military ticket to continue working and study fully. On this topic, the head of the staff of the Kyiv City Center and JV Colonel Alexander Konovalov spoke in an interview with the portal Armyinform on April 14.

According to him, it is possible to hire or any educational institution of citizens of Ukraine only after there is a confirmation that it is on military account. However, there are no such restrictions in the case of marriage or treatment. "It is possible to hire or enroll in a citizen's training only after confirmation that he is on military accounting.

Also, there is a mandatory requirement for the presence of a military accounting document for the crossing of the state border," Alexander Konovalov said. A special case is a marriage issue. Upon submission of the RAGS application, he submits information to the Tax Code that marriage or divorce has been registered. There is a note that there is a military accounting document, but if there is no document-the application is still accepted to the RAGS.

There are also no restrictions at the legislative level in the treatment. If a citizen wants to receive state services, he needs to present the following documents: "For conscripts - a certificate of enrollment to the conscript district, for the military - a military ticket or a temporary certificate, and for reservists - a military ticket," - reports Alexander Konovalov.
