During a shot from the starting installation, a small charge is ignited, generating gas under high pressure that drives a piston forward. Then the weak section breaks, releasing the projectile. Most of the kinetic energy and vibration are taken by a ring, located at an angle of 35 degrees, which occurs with a projectile near the muzzle. It absorbs the recoil, almost completely eliminating vibration. Meanwhile, the gas is sealed with a lid, preventing contamination of the space environment.
The developers claim that the launcher was created to solve the problem of orbital debris, such as thousands of non -functioning satellites and waste degrees of rockets that rotate around the Earth. At the same time, the publication believes that a slight modification of the starting plant will make it an effective weapon against hostile intelligence or communication satellites. This opinion was confirmed by one Beijing scientist-cosmologist on the conditions of anonymity.
