Scandal with the CEO in the Dnieper: Steko is talking about defamation, and at the Tax Code about discrediting the Armed Forces

The company claims that the situation in which Sergei Polyzhai got into distorted form. Instead, the Tax Code noted that the issue of bringing the CEO of the company to justice is currently resolving. The Steko Window Company from the Dnieper made a video on which their CEO Sergey Polyzhai joined a verbal conflict with the employees of the territorial staffing center (TCC).

The frames that spread on the network are incomplete and manipulative, and "the context of the situation is lost and set out in a favorable light for someone," insists on the company. "Every day brings new challenges, and the information that surrounds us is often perceived subjectively, especially in stress. We all, unfortunately, can say or do something impulsively that does not always reflect our true intentions or beliefs," - - - It is in the message.

The statement states that this is not the first time when false information is spreading regarding their manager. The perpetrators are promised to be held accountable for defamation. The company called for witnesses to the incident to provide a full version of the video for the truth. However, the statement itself does not explain in detail what happened during the conflict between the Polozhi and representatives of the shopping center.

In addition, Steko claims that this is not the first information attack on their director. Earlier in local Telegram channels, a video was spread, which claimed that there was a Bentley on his car tried to escape from the police. The company called these charges fake. On October 12, in the Dnieper, representatives of the Tax Code and JV stopped Steko CEO Sergei Polozhai to check the documents. He began to swear in response and said to the military: "You are a soldier - n*blow a dig.

" During the inspection, the official began to insult the servicemen, calling them "devils", saying that he was allegedly wanted to take him to the military enlistment office. Later, he explained his behavior. He says that the day before he walked in the Dnieper Park during a "huge round -up", where he was stopped by the CCC for checking documents, police and a "bunch of some military.

" The man states that he showed documents with updated data, but "these Galima devils" said that he had no booking, delay, so he is subject to mobilization. However, later the man deleted the post, and made his page on Instargram private.

The situation was commented in the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Shopping Center, stating that the shameful public statement of the CEO of the company insult and discredits servicemen of territorial centers of staffing and social support and the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a whole. "The citizen should be on his pages on social networks personally reported that he has no booking documents at the time of mobilization.

At the same time, he swayes his disgusting attitude not only to military duty, but also to military personnel and is not shy about using profanity. The citizen personally confirmed the unlawfulness of his actions, " - the statement reads. The Tax Code reminded that the legislation of Ukraine on the issues of mobilization and defense of the state works equally for the whole society, regardless of social status, wealth and positions.

A legal assessment of the actions of the position is currently being conducted and the issue of bringing it to justice in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine is being resolved. We will remind, on October 11 in Kyiv the Tax Code checked the documents at the military at the Palace of Sports after the concert "Ocean Elsa". The Kyiv City Code and JV stated that conflict situations with the participation of their employees were not recorded.
