According to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine does not yet have enough air defense installations to protect its territory completely. The Russian invaders hit the city of Sumy by the Iranian drones of Shahd on July 3. "The enemy uses this as today - by inflicting another terrorist strike in the city of Sumy, Iranian drone, in particular on residential buildings, as well as on the building of the Security Service of Ukraine. As a result of these blows, they are injured," Zelensky said.

He also noted that he was told by the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces Mykola Oleshchuk. They talked about strengthening the Ukrainian air defense forces so that they could protect the entire territory of Ukraine, and in the future - to become an avant -garde and the basis for the creation of a European air shield. "It is absolutely necessary and absolutely possible," Zelensky said.
