The spokesman of the Kharkiv Vitaliy Sarantsev said that the Russians "stood" on Vovchansk most of the 138 brigade, the 83rd and 157th tank regiments. Vovchansk is an exit to the rear of the defense forces in the Kupyan direction, but the enemy cannot move.
