According to lawyer Rostislav Kravets, military enlistment offices have no right to take away a man's military ticket. However, in this case, the CCC must issue a temporary certificate instead of a military ticket. "A ticket is a person's certificate regarding his or her status - a conscript, or a reserve, or a conscript. In fact, such actions indicate a violation of the law," Kravets said.

Similar actions during the mobilization in Ukraine of the Tax Code deprives the consciously relevant accounting document, which may be an effort to blackmail the citizen to come to the military enlistment office next time, Kravets says. If during the mobilization in Ukraine a man was taken away from a military ticket, you need to write an application for the name of the head of the Tax Code.

Complaints can also be filed with the General Staff, Higher Tax Code or to the DBR to exceed the authority by the management or employees of the military enlistment office, the lawyer said. According to him, it is also necessary to require a written confirmation that the document was seized by a specific employee. Without this, a man can threaten a fine of 510 to 850 UAH for the loss of the document.
