The land drone "Snail" has replenished the Park of Defense forces of Ukraine: what will help the military

The robotic "Snail" complex easily overcomes off -road, muffin, sandy mounds, small ditches and low vertical obstacles. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine codified and admitted to the troops a robotic ground platform "Snail" capable of working in difficult weather conditions. This was reported by the press service of the defense department. It is reported that "snail" weighs just over 500 kilograms and is able to transport several hundred kilograms of cargo or pull an almost two -ton trailer.

Thanks to the compact size, the drone is easy to carry on a car trailer. "Snail" has a sealed, dust and moisture, which makes the device suitable for working in difficult weather conditions. The electric engine and soft all -terrain tires allow the drone to move quietly. "Due to the constructive features and implementation of modern Snail engineering solutions, the off -road, mire, sandy mounds, narrow ditches and low vertical obstacles overcome," said Deputy Minister of Defense Dmitry Klimenkov.
