Thanks to all the repair crews, thanks to the communal services, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, all the energy companies - work continues without interruption. In the Zaporizhzhia region, energy supply was restored according to the schedule in the afternoon. Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol, Pavlograd and other cities and communities of the Dnipro Oblast are still in operation.

Unfortunately, there were also new strikes today – specifically on energy and the civil sector, in Kryvyi Rih – on residential buildings. There is information that tonight there may be a new massive Russian strike. It is very important to pay attention to air alarms today, tomorrow, to constantly descend into shelter. The Russians are unchanged, they try to take advantage of the weather. I instructed the government to help the local authorities to help as much as possible, everyone involved.

Together with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, they checked reports from the regions - not all reports are true. There will be conclusions. He sent the Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction to Dnipro to personally monitor the work and promptly resolve issues with assistance. Every effort is being made to restore supplies. Also, the weather conditions have worsened significantly in various of our regions - there are many problems on the roads, problems with networks.

In fact, this is a state of emergency for all services. And they agreed with the Prime Minister of Ukraine that the government will prepare a decision - during such weather conditions, these days, to ensure the possibility for non-critical institutions, ordinary offices to leave people at home. Also, in cooperation with the local authorities, the parameters of the schools' work in such conditions should be defined this week and the next.

Today, the documents regarding the new heads of four regions have already been prepared. I signed these decrees. Leaders will be presented in the near future: Poltava Oblast, Chernivtsi Oblast, Vinnytsia and Dnipro Oblast. The candidacy for the Ternopil region was also approved today. We believe that the agreement on security guarantees with America is ready to be signed at the highest level. They worked very objectively on the main political document, and from our side it is completely constructive. The American team must get an answer from Russia, what they are ready for and whether they can really end the war. We believe that only pressure will solve this - pressure on Russia, and only if there is enough. Currently, Russia is betting more on winter than on diplomacy, on ballistics against our energy, and not on working with America and agreements with President Trump.
