Friedman, Deripaska and Rothenberg. What will be with Russian business in Ukraine - Arahamia

The head of the parliamentary faction of the servant of the people David Arahamia spoke about the future assets of Oleg Deripaska, Michael Friedman and Arcadia Rothenberg in Ukraine. Russian assets in Ukraine plan to transfer to the State Property Fund for management and further privatization. ARMA will remain as a legal tool for transferring these assets. The video was stated by the head of the parliamentary faction of the servant of the people David Arahamia in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.

The option of selling these assets to investors is also considered. However, in this situation, it is likely that Russian owners can submit to the European courts and in the event of a winning to require compensation. Currently, an interagency working group in the Cabinet is developing a calendar for asset confiscation. The final concept should be given in two months. First of all, Russian state assets, then assets of Russian oligarchs, and then medium -sized businesses will be confiscated.

If the business has a Ukrainian co -owner, some of the Russian actions will be confiscated, but the Ukrainian owner will remain to control the asset. According to Arahamia, by a similar principle, the state intends to act with the Ocean Plaza shopping mall. Currently, 67% of the departments of the mall in the state and 33% are in local investors. “The primary task is to open the mall. I think it will happen within a week, ”the deputy said.

At the same time, Arahamia stressed that with the Nikolaev alumina plant, which belongs to Oleg Deripaska, there was a difficult situation. “If you go in a populist format, you need to arrest and pick up, but then the state has to find money to pay a salary for several thousand people. The revenue at the plant from March - zero, since the ports do not work and the production of alumina was stopped, ”the deputy stressed.

He noted that before the war, the company cost more than $ 1 billion, "it will cost a minus how much and just closed. " At the same time, Arahamia stressed that Ukraine does not plan to leave the enterprise owned by Deripaska. As for Alfa-Bank, Ukraine, according to Arahamia, "it needs a large precapitalization, about $ 1 billion. " There is a risk that as soon as we announce it, all depositors and living customers will leave it.
