Moldavian companies supplied airplaces to the Russian Federation, despite the sanctions of the event - the media

According to journalists, Airrock Solutions, Aerostage Services and Maxjet Service interacted with Russian airlines, such as "Victory", "Russia" and S7 Airlines. Three Moldavian companies continued to supply aircraft details to Russia worth about $ 15 million after the start of a full -scale invasion of Ukraine. This was reported on January 31 by Radio Liberty.

According to journalists, the EU banned the sale of components of aircraft to Russia after the start of a full -scale war to limit the opportunities of the Russian industry. At the same time, Moldova is a Candidate to the EU, it has not yet joined sanctions against the Russian transport sector, although it was expected in Brussels. The material states that Airrock Solutions, Aerostage Services and Maxjet Service interacted with Russian airlines, such as "Victory", "Russia" and S7 Airlines.

It is noted that Airrock Solutions was founded in November 2021 by Ivan Melnikov, the former head of the procurement and logistics department of the former National Air Airline Moldova, which is now being liquidated. Later, Melnikov founded Aerostage Services in April 2022. In the period from April to December 2022, the sales volume of both companies amounted to more than $ 4. 8 million. According to journalists, Maxjet Service was founded in 2011, managed by Sergei Ranoy.

In 2022, the company's net profit reached almost $ 7 million. The publication writes that companies were intermediaries between manufacturers of airlines in third countries and Russian airlines. At the same time, agreements are not recorded in the Moldovan customs documents, since spare parts did not physically enter the territory of Moldova. According to Melnikov and Ran, they "did not know" that the details purchased by their companies were sent to the Russian Federation.
