This was stated by the Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry of Estonia Jonathan Vsevovov in an interview with RBC-Ukraine. "I can only refer to what the Russian leadership says. And she said that she wants a new European security order, wants to destroy the idea of ​​sovereignty for those who live on the borders of Russia, and create Europe where their spheres of influence will be restored again," Said Vivevov, answering the question of the key goal of the Russian Federation in the war.

He stressed that Estonia would reject this proposal, as well as the proposals for security treaties that Russia presented until February 24, 2022. "We have not accepted them even after they started the war. It is simply unacceptable because we know where this path is if we agree. It is impossible to satisfy the dictator by sacrificing the will of other peoples and hoping for stability.
