The head stated that from the very beginning they have a numerous advantage in personnel, weapons and military equipment, attack the positions of Ukrainian troops daily. The task of the warriors in these conditions is the maintenance of the boundaries and positions. Thanks to artillery, punches and all available Armed Forces, they should cause maximum losses to the enemy, deplete it, thus disrupt its plans and win time for the formation and preparation of reserves.

Syrsky added that he did work with the commanders of the units. He stressed that the company or battalion commander cannot manage the battle a few kilometers from their units, as well as to make well -balanced and adequate decisions at a distance. This is especially impossible when the intensity of hostilities is off the chart and there is a high risk for the life of the fighters.

"The presence of the commander plays a decisive role in maintaining a high level of moral and psychological state among subordinates, their stability, the confidence that they are not thrown to his / her," the head stressed. He also reported that he made all the necessary decisions to strengthen the defense reserves, allocate an additional number of missiles, ammunition, HRB and UAVs.
