The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation used a new starting point of laugh launch: where it is

British intelligence has confirmed five places, of which Russian military launches percussion drones. We are talking about Balaklava, Cape Chaud in Crimea, Yaysk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk in Russia. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began to use a new starting platform to launch unmanned aerial vehicles like ShahED. This was reported at the UK Ministry of Defense in X (Twitter).

"On December 12, 2023, Russia launched at least 15 unilateral shock unmanned aerial vehicles from Balaklava district of Crimea. It is a new starting platform for Shahd in the south of Sevastopol," the statement reads. The Britain's defense department emphasized that Balaklava is the fifth confirmed place of launching of shock drones, while the enemy is still used by Cape Chaud (Crimea), Yeesk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk in Russia.

According to Russian officials, the air defense allegedly intercepted 41 attacks of Ukrainian drones on military facilities in the temporarily occupied Crimea, including the Cape Chaud area. In particular, Chaud is a well -known SHahd UAV place, and has been used by his enemy since the beginning of September 2023.

In British intelligence, it is believed that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can dispenser their possibilities of launching Shahd into several locations, both to protect the forces and to complicate the work of Ukrainian air defense. The Russian Federation will probably use additional launchers in response to attacks of the Armed Forces, forcing them to adapt to the new transit corridors of these systems, added to the British Ministry of Defense.

We will remind, on December 11, a Ukrainian serviceman, a specialist in communication, radio electronic wrestling and exploration Sergei "Flash" without Krykhnov said that in Iran presented a new UAV type Shahed-238, which is significantly different from those that the Russian Federation uses for shelling.
