The Tropa innovative module allows Sirko-S1 to clear the infantry and equipment ...

Sirko-S1 land drone got an unusual module: how it will help the Armed Forces (video)

The Tropa innovative module allows Sirko-S1 to clear the infantry and equipment with a rocket and cord. Skylab UA has developed for its land robotic SIRKO-S1 platform a remote TROPA mine module, which allows you to clear up to 150 meters long. About it writes the portal dev. ua. It is reported that TROPA can remotely create safe 60 cm for infantry or technique. Thus, the module minimizes the risks to the life of sappers and servicemen, as well as reduces the cost of traditional mine methods.

Sirko-S1 with the TROPA module works as follows: the operator brings the drone to the position to start, taking into account the direction of the wind and the relief, so that the cord is unwound. Next, you need to run the rocket through the remote control. The rocket starts from the starting installation and begins to unwind the cord of 150 meters long. After that, the parachute system opens, stabilizes the rocket and the cord, forming a flat line on Earth.

In 10 seconds, the cord detonates and forms a path of 60 cm wide and up to 5 cm deep, which can be safely passed. "There are no land-based drones that work on this principle in Ukraine and the world, only full-fledged combat vehicles such as UR77 or Miclic. Our invention allows you to be mobile, fast, minimize the direct presence Create safe aisles in a relatively cheap way, "Skylab UA said.
