The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation has placed explosives on one of the Turbine Divisions of the ZPE - Observers of the IAEA

In the event of an emergency, there is a risk of possible release of radioactive substances into the environment, which can affect not only Ukraine but also Europe as a whole. On the territory of the premises of the turbine department of the unit # 4 of Zaporizhzhya NPP representatives of the IAEA recorded explosives. The press service of the State Inspectorate of Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine informs about it on May 3.

Russian invaders also placed military equipment and weapons on the territory of the object. The department explained that they receive unofficial sources information regarding the concentration of weapons and explosives in other production facilities of the facility. This applies to repair and mechanical workshops and roofs of power units, which makes the situation extremely dangerous. The inspection called the actions of the Russian invaders inadequate.

The military in this way pose a danger to the staff of the nuclear power plant and residents of surrounding settlements. They do not respond to the calls of the Zaporozhye NPP. Experts have warned that in the event of an emergency situation with a potentially possible exit from the outside of radioactive substances into the environment. Not only Ukraine can feel these horrible consequences, but also other European states.
