The Russian Federation has declared the creation of a fashion module on crystal to guide rockets: what is threatening

Technology wants to be used in the modernization of available and the development of new military and civilian video systems. In Russia, for the first time, a crystal module was created that will be used for high -precision weapons. The information about this appeared on the website of the State Corporation "Rostek" on September 29. Roselectronics Holding (included in Rostekh) stated the development of a line of matrix photo modules based on silicon crystals.

They seem to "see" objects at any time of day and are able to form both black and white and color image. Each module is a crystal on which the photo-sensitive matrix is mounted, a 10-bit analog-digital converter and signal generator controlled by data transmission interface (SPI). The RGB filter of Bayer is applied to the surface of the matrix. The device forms a picture of a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels, which allows to display parts with high clarity.

New Russian modules are distinguished by low power consumption of 60 MV and "see" in the range of 400-900 nm, which allows to use these photos to obtain quality image at any time of the day. The manufacturer also states that its new development can be used in video monitoring, scanning systems, and for high -precision weapons. Technical solutions will be used in the modernization of available and development of new military and civilian video systems.

We will remind, in the second half of September in "Rostehe" stated that 10 times increased the issue of missiles "dagger" and "Iskander". According to Beckhan Odoev, whose production complex "Rostek" controls most of the armory industry of the aggressor country, enterprises operate "at cruising speed, smoke fits from all turbines. " It should be noted that in early February, the media wrote that Russia began to simplify the production of high -precision missiles due to the lack of components.
