According to analyst Valery Klochko, the UN is waiting for a court decision to recognize the actions of Russian invaders in Ukraine genocide, since the organization will then rely on. The UN does not recognize the crimes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine by the genocide of the Ukrainian people, but it is not a final decision.

Valery Klochko pointed out that the court is currently underway in the UN court to recognize the actions of the Russians against Ukrainians as a genocide. Many countries have joined this process. According to the expert, volunteers are actively engaged in documenting the crimes of the Russian military in Ukraine. "It may seem, at first glance, a little thing. No, it is the formation of a completely different thought, consciousness abroad. It is very important for us," the analyst said. Valery Klochko also noted that the opinion of Ukrainians on the transformation of the UN into an "amorphous institution", but they are waiting for a court decision, because they will then rely on.

The expert stressed that the fact of the judgment will be difficult to appeal. According to him, even a representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Vasyl Neenza will not deny the existence of a court decision. We will remind that on September 25 the head of the UN International Commission on Investigation of Military Crimes in Ukraine Eric Messe stated that some statements published in Russian state and pro -government media "may commit a crime of incitement to genocide.
