Ordinary Ukrainians can pick up a car for the needs of the army. However, the condition under which such removal becomes illegal. According to the law on strengthening mobilization, a military-transport duty appeared in Ukrainians. The Ministry of Defense has specified that it is changing for citizens. Since May 18, citizens can legally take away cars for the needs of the Armed Forces.

"The performance of military transport duty will provide for the possibility of involving the needs of the Armed Forces of automotive and special equipment, which is owned by central and local executive bodies, other state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as citizens", " - reported in the Defense Ministry. The ministry stressed that the Armed Forces are not subject to car registered with Ukrainians who have no rights to other vehicles.

That is, if a person has only one car, they cannot be removed. Channel 24 reported that the volumes and types of military machines required will determine the mobilization plan. The Tax Code will provide information that the formation requires a certain number of trace tools, and it will be removed. Owners of temporarily seized cars will be able to return them. This will happen within 30 days of the announcement of demobilization.
