And so pressure is needed - sufficient pressure on Russia, so that they feel the consequences of every deception, every blow, every day they take people's lives and delay the war.

The ceasefire could already be reached, and it is Putin that rejects it, it is Moscow that has not been ceasing to the ceasefire since March 11, and this is exactly where they need a war in Russia, and it is obvious that Russia is simply conversations or expectations to peace. I am grateful to all in the world who helps diplomacy and all efforts for the sake of honest peace to become effective.

We count on America, on Europe, on other partners - we expect them to click on the only cause of the war, namely - the Russian desire to destroy and kill. Today there were reports of the military: the head of the General Staff, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. We strengthen our protection. We explain to partners that our positions need to be stronger, and therefore diplomacy becomes stronger.

It is very important that today in Ukraine a meeting of our military with representatives of partners has taken place: Britain, France, and military teams. And the conversation is already very detailed - about the placement of security contingents in Ukraine. There is a significant progress, and today I personally thanked our partners for this - we form a common vision and a specific basis for safety guaranteeing.

In Ukraine, we not only strive for peace, but also build a clear strategy on how to make peace truly reliable, truly long. I am grateful to everyone in Europe who helps us in this, and it is important that this work and further safety be supported by the United States. And one more thing - as a result of communication with our communities in Chernihiv region yesterday.

We have agreed with the communities that we will give special support for frontline communities and for border guards bordering on Russia. Today, government officials have already agreed on support parameters. The first contribution is - at least it will be 2 billion hryvnias for 200 communities in Donetsk, in Zaporozhye, Kharkiv, Kherson, Sumy region, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv region and Luhansk region. Also - communities of Dnipro.
