"They were in shock": an Italian woman explained why she lives in Ukraine during the war (video)

Share: Carla, an Italian, moved to Ukraine and says that she lives better here than in Italy. She talked about a place that particularly impressed her. Karla spoke on her Instagram about the prejudiced attitude of some Europeans, who call Ukraine a "Third World country". "Ukraine is a third world country. " And who says that? Italians who have never been here, in Ukraine. And they told me this before the war. "Carla, why did you choose to live in Ukraine? You are Italian. Italy is better.

" But they don't know that Ukraine is a hundred steps ahead of us. And I always say: don't criticize what you don't know. I still remember it was before the war, when my Italian friends came to Kyiv for 7 days. They were shocked. They said: "I didn't think it was like this here. " They said: "I want to live here. " What can I say, except for the wine, it's obviously a perfect life here. I won't say only about Because you all know that the service is the best here.

And there are a lot of nice places here, too. " The Italian woman added that she was in the "Ukrainian Maldives" in the Zhytomyr region. She was particularly impressed by this place. "My God, how beautiful," Carla said with delight. An Italian woman was also in Odessa. "Obviously, we cannot say: the sea is better in Italy or better here. Italy is better, Ukraine is better. Two different ones. But both Italy and Ukraine are very beautiful," said Karla.
