In addition, the CNS added that at the end of the "courses" participants are offered to sign a contract with the Russian army. "In this way, the Russians try to solve their imperial problems at the expense of enslaved peoples and violate international law, which forbids to recruit the occupation army of the population of captured areas in the ranks of the occupying army," the press service emphasized.

The enemy plans to use "construction detachments" as a handyman for the analysis of rubble, transportation of "humanitarian" sets and construction of fortifications. On January 20, the CNS said that the Russians decided to attract pensioners to spread propaganda in temporarily occupied territories.
