This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky following the results of the Bucharest Nine summit in Vilnius. Zelensky said he was waiting for a full report on negotiations from the Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov. The Russian side additionally reports the exchange of documents with ceasefire conditions. In fact, the transfer of the Russian Memorandum to Ukraine can be transmitted. Umerov said in a short statement that the ceasefire was discussed today. Ukraine also insisted on the liberation of all prisoners and the return of civilians. The third requirement is the immediate release of students.

According to the head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, during the negotiations in Istanbul, the Ukrainian side gave the Russian list of children to return. "It is about hundreds of children who have been illegally deported, forcibly moved or held in temporarily occupied territories. In March, at a meeting in Jedda, we confirmed readiness for a 30-day ceasefire with a humanitarian component," he explained.
