Blogger Maksym Tymoshchuk died in the war: he was considered missing for more than a year

Share: During the war with the Russian aggressors, a soldier from Dnipropetrovsk region Maksym Tymoshchuk died. He became famous thanks to his humorous videos about service in the Armed Forces. Maksym Tymoshchuk died while performing combat missions, the Vyshniv settlement territorial community of the Dnipropetrovsk region reported.

They recalled that in 2018 Tymoshchuk, a non-ferrous metal engineer by profession, was demobilized, but already in 2022, after the start of a full-scale Russian invasion, he rejoined the ranks of the Armed Forces. "Unfortunately, the war took the life of another loyal son of Ukraine, a worthy citizen, a courageous warrior. We express our sincere condolences to the relatives, friends and brothers of the deceased," the official statement said.

Maksym Tymoshchuk was known for his humorous videos about military service, which he shared on the TikTok social network. Publications ceased after June 2024, and since then Tymoshchuk has been considered missing. Earlier it became known that Artem Stovpyatskyi, a humorist of the Communist Party of Ukraine, died in the war. He was one of the brightest members of the Ukrainian KVK and gained popularity when he played for the team "C potolka" from the Chernihiv League.
