Presidential Office Head Andriy Yermak, opening a discussion on

Andriy Yermak urged the US to support the creation of a special journey for Russia

Presidential Office Head Andriy Yermak, opening a discussion on "Criminal Prosecution for Aggression Crime" in Ukraine "in Washington, called on the United States to support the creation of a special tribunal that would judge the highest leadership of Russia. “Peace is a universal value. I am sure that you all appreciate it, and there is no such people and such people who would not dream of peace when someone destroys it. But peace is impossible without justice.

And justice is impossible without justice, ”Andrey Yermak said during his speech. That is why, in his opinion, a mandatory element of peace formula is the creation of a special tribunal on the crime of Russia's aggression against Ukraine. “Aggression crime is Alpha and Omega of War. To start a criminal and unprovoked war is to open a door for thousands of crimes of different levels committed during hostilities and in the occupied territory, ”the presidential office said.

In his opinion, it is not enough to find and hold everyone who committed military crimes. “They must also be punished in whose heads the hell of aggression was ripe. Who ordered this criminal war and who organized terror. That's what justice is. That is why Ukraine also appeals to you and the United States of America to support our efforts to create a special tribunal about Russia's aggression crime, ”he said.
