As a result, the head of the Romanian defense department noted that the military needs to strengthen security measures, as the number of Russian blows on Ukrainian ports has increased. "We see that in a rather short period of time, Russia has made a number of attacks on Ukrainian port structures and warehouses, so I consider it important to strengthen the measures of vigilance. We will have more observations, more patrols," Tilvar said.

The minister added that the means of control and protection owned by the Romanian military in the region are in a state of increased vigilance and combat readiness. At the same time, Tilvar added that the commission did not find elements that would be a serious danger. On the night of September 4, Russia attacked drone by port infrastructure in the Odessa region. According to the State Tax Service of Ukraine, several enemy UAVs exploded in the Romanian territory near the Izmail port.

The same information was confirmed by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko. With reference to the border guards, he noted that the drones of Iranian production in Romania had fallen in Romania. However, the Romanian side replied that the blow of drones in the Odessa region did not pose a direct threat to the country.
