According to the Chief of Ukrainian Intelligence, the Armed Forces should choose the right strategy that would take into account modern realities and opportunities. Without this, the victory over the opponent will not be able to get. This opinion was voiced by the Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense (GUR MOU) Kirill Budanov in an interview for NV. According to him, it should be clearly understood that the full -scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine ended at the end of spring 2022. Then the enemy could not take control of the big cities and was forced to stop at the captured positions.

Only then will you be able to take advantage on the battlefield and gain powerful positions to start the ceasefire negotiations, because sooner or later it will definitely happen.

At the same time, the main condition for diplomacy is the liberation of all the territories that the Kremlin temporarily took control in 2014, according to Ukrainian intelligence.
