The main innovations: the Defense Ministry specified that the fact of submission of the report cannot be held accountable.
"Heads of military administration, commanders of military units and units are responsible for compliance with the time limits and procedure for considering reports," - said in the infographic of the department. The report is created and submitted through the "Army+", Sedo (social workflow system) or other IT systems of the Ministry of Defense. For reports containing official information or state secrets, the exclusively appropriate communication system of the MOU or Armed Forces is used.
